We assist our home buyers and those with a low-moderate income, with education in two primary areas, financial literacy enhancement, and homeownership education. We also offer Estate Planning and Wills classes. There are a variety of ways to gain the knowledge needed to help buyers become successful homeowners.
In 2026, we will host four FREE Estate Planning & Wills classes that will result in 64 families and individuals having a completed will, advanced directive and power of attorney that have been professionally prepared by attorneys on a pro bono basis. These services would cost $1,000 – $1,500 if privately contracted for.
We will also host four Financial Fitness classes this year which we hope will provide 80 family leaders with a financial foundation that will enable them to make good decisions with all things financial in their lives. This education will be provided at no cost to the recipients. Each class will be led by a trained financial professional and it will include 8 hours of classroom instruction.
